I provide an individualized hypnosis experience that helps clients unlock the power of their subconscious mind to unearth fears and blocks that are holding them back from living life fully and authentically. We go inward to find the source, release, reframe and reignite the connection between body, mind, and soul. Together we create positive, healthy, effective, permanent habits and changes.

Client’s Rights:

You have the right to be treated with respect, dignity, and consideration at all times.

You have the right to receive clear and understandable information about the services provided.

You have the right to participate in decisions regarding your care and treatment.

You have the right to refuse hypnotism at any time.

You have the right to refuse any service, technique, or method you are not comfortable with.

You have the right to confidentiality regarding your sessions, within the limits of the law.

You have the right to be free of physical, verbal and sexual abuse.

You have the right to know the expected duration of sessions and may assert any right without retaliation.

In the event my services are terminated, the client has the right to transfer services to another practitioner.

Client’s Responsibilities:

It is your responsibility to communicate openly and honestly during sessions. It is your responsibility to follow the agreed-upon treatment plan and participate actively in your own healing process. It is your responsibility to inform me of any changes in your condition or any new concerns you may have.

Cancellation Policy:

• You are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.
• If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show up for your appointment, you will be billed for 50% of the session cost. Payment of this fee is required before your next appointment.
• Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of emergency or unexpected circumstances, but this will be at the discretion of the practitioner.

Payment must be paid in full on the date of the session, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to the session date.

I will not release any information provided to me to anyone without prior written authorization from the client, except as required by law. The client has the right to access to all my written data regarding the client.

I do annual continuing education to maintain my high level of expertise in hypnosis. Hypnotism is a self-regulating profession and its practitioners are not licensed by state governments. I am not a licensed healthcare provider or physician and may not provide medical diagnosis, medication or discontinuation of any medical treatment.  A client may seek diagnosis from a licensed healthcare professional or physician at any time.I am a certified member of the NGH and practice in accordance with its Code of Ethics and Standards. If you have a complaint I cannot handle for you personally, you may contact the NGH at P. O. Box 308 Merrimack, NH 03054.

In general, insurance companies do not cover hypnotic services.
